How can I sell on Kate&You?

Firstly, to be able to sell any product you need to create a seller account on Kate&You. You will have to provide us with your personal information and once all these is validated, you can start selling products. Please check the How it works page for more information.

How can I post items for sale?

Please select < ADD A PRODUCT> on the website or < SELL> on the app, and fill in all the compulsory information. Please check the How it works page for more details.

What are the tips for taking clear photos of the items I want to sell?
1. Take photos where there is enough light. Make sure that the colour of the item on the photo matches or is as close enough to the product.
2. Focus on the item you want to sell. Make sure that the item is in the center of the photo and not covered by other objects.
3. Take photos from different angles to capture more details. For bags and accessories we recommend that you to take photos of yourself wearing them so your customers can have a clear image of how they will look like on somebody.
How many products can I post and is there a minimum price?

We do not have a limit on the number of the products you can post, however, sellers are forbidden to have more than one post for each product. If you do and we find out, Kate&You will automatically cancel the post as this is a violation of our Terms of Service.

The minimum selling price is 50 euros.

How much is the Kate&You’s commission?

It is totally free to create an account at Kate or put products for sale. When your product is sold, we will receive 10% of the price as commission from you.

When do I get paid for my sale?

Sellers will be paid for the sale in 48 working hours after the buyer receives the item and confirms it. Please note that it may take approximately one or two days for the bank transfer to be shown on your account.

To protect sellers, it is forbidden for buyers to return items without the agreement of both the seller and Kate&You.

If your customer returns an item without your previous agreement, please contact support@kateandyou.com immediately. We will be in communication with both you and the buyer in order to bring about an agreement.

Sellers will be paid for the sale in 48 working hours after the buyer receives the item and confirms it. Please note that it may take approximately one or two days for the bank transfer to be shown on your account.

If you agree to return an item, please confirm your reception on your accounts page when you receive the item.

Where can I track my parcel?

After you ship an item, confirm it by clicking < SHIP> . Please make sure that all the information provided about the delivery is correct, and the link to the tracking page is successfully inserted.

You can track your parcel from < MY ORDERS> on your account.

How can I be certain that I will be paid once I send my item to the buyer?

As long as you ship the correct item within 18 days, you will receive your payment 48 working hours after the customer confirms reception of item. After your buyer makes a payment, Kate&You keeps it until the deal is closed. However, if your customer informs us that the item differs from the one described in your offer or that the item was damaged during the delivery, please contact us on support@kateandyou.com.

The buyer has not confirmed reception of the parcel. What should I do?

Buyers should confirm the reception of the item within 48 hours after they received the parcel. The buyer will receive 3 reminders to confirm the reception of their parcel from Kate&You. If the reception is not confirmed after the third reminder, we will send a final notification. If rge buyer doesn’t responde within 3 days, Kate&You will close the deal and the seller will be paid. However, if the buyer complains about the item or shipment and if Kate&You judges it necessary, we will contact the seller to give further instructions.

I posted items online but they do not appear in the catalog.

There are two possibilities:
1 - Your seller account is not completed or validated yet.
2 - The products are not validated yet, or cannot be validated.
We will send you a notification if this is the case.


If the offer is not on your < MY PRODUCTS> page even though your seller account is validated, please contact us on support@kateandyou.com and let us know.

How can I edit or delete an item for sale?

You can edit or delete items from < MY PRODUCTS> on your account page.
